Jimmy Rex is a powerful, aggressive agent that works tirelessly for his clients. With qualifications ranging from Accredited Seller’s Representative to Accredited Buyer’s Representative Manager, Jimmy’s training and skill are highly developed. Recognized as the 2006 Keller Williams Regional Rookie of the Year and as the current highest selling agent in Keller Williams, Jimmy’s energy, focus and intensity are the key factor in his great success. Jimmy is responsible for managing the team, generating buyer and seller leads through prospecting, overseeing the marketing aspect of the team, negotiating contracts, and especially teaching and training the members of the team.
Dale Rex is a well trained agent with a great attention to detail. An experienced real estate “flipper”, Dale is the team’s expert in investment opportunities. Dale’s responsibilities are working with client’s looking for secondary or speculative property, helping buyer’s find “Fixer Uppers”, as well as helping first time buyers make the best investment of their life! Dale is a certified foreclosure expert and frequently follows the city, county and bank auctions. Dale is also an important cog in our buyer and seller lead generation program.
Chris Francis heads the office staff and works directly with the agents and cooperating brokerages. Chris’s extensive training in the real estate field helps him to advise on contracts as well as coordinate the transactions with escrow and lending institutions. Chris’s responsibilities include customer support, assisting the team with marketing, prospecting and advertising campaigns, transaction coordination and general office tasks.
