With qualifications ranging from Accredited Seller’s Representative to Accredited Buyer’s Representative Manager, Jimmy’s training and skill are highly developed. Recognized as the 2006 Keller Williams Regional Rookie of the Year and as the current highest selling agent in Keller Williams, Jimmy’s energy, focus and intensity are the key factor in his great success. Jimmy is responsible for managing the team, generating buyer and seller leads through prospecting, overseeing the marketing aspect of the team, negotiating contracts, and especially teaching and training the members of the team.

Dale’s responsibilities are working with client’s looking for secondary or speculative property, helping buyer’s find “Fixer Uppers”, as well as helping first time buyers make the best investment of their life! Dale is a certified foreclosure expert and frequently follows the city, county and bank auctions. Dale is also an important cog in our buyer and seller lead generation program.

With great patience and care, Allie works with all types of buyers, from first time to seasoned investors. Her responsibilities on the team include working with buyer leads to identify exactly what they want in their home, coordinating with mortgage specialists to ensure the financing portion of the purchase is smooth and easy and negotiating the best deal for our clients.

A Certified New Home Specialist, Scott also has a background in home inspection and often works with builders and buyers looking for a brand new home. Scott’s responsibilities include being a personal representative of our builder partners and a liaison between the Real Estate Market and construction facet, Scott also heads up our marketing of new homes, and works to negotiate contracts between sellers and buyers. Scott is also a vital part of our prospecting program to seller and buyer leads.

Chris’s extensive training in the real estate field helps him to advise on contracts as well as coordinate the transactions with escrow and lending institutions. Chris’s responsibilities include customer support, assisting the team with marketing, prospecting and advertising campaigns, transaction coordination and general office tasks.

Lindsey is extremely intelligent and has a tedious awareness of detail. Her professionalism and prompt service help us to sell homes quickly. Some of Lindsey’s jobs responsibilities include the internet marketing of our homes for sale, generation of advertising materials like postcards and fliers, photographing our listings and communicating the marketing results with our clients.
